As a global Humanitarian non-profit organisation, the Company has a number of corporate affiliates in different jurisdictions. Each of these affiliates collects, processes, and determines how to process your personal information as a data controller to help provide you with the services you request.

We use and have used within the preceding 12 months cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect, and improve our operations and services, such as by personalizing content, offering and measuring advertisements, understanding user behavior, and providing a safer experience.

Malaysia Data Protection Act
If you are a Malaysian resident, The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) is an Act that regulates the processing of personal data in regard to commercial transactions. It was gazetted in June 2010. The penalty for non-compliance is between RM100k to 500k and/or between 1 to 3 years imprisonment.

Information Security, Integrity, And Retention
